Helen at reception was lovely and cute. she called when the room was ready early, and this allowed me to nap after my travels. the shower was very nice. It had great water pressure. i would consider returning.

the walls seemed very thin, and the noise was a PROBLEM! i could hear conversations and television sounds from the adjacent room clearly at night, so i had to use earphones to sleep.

the room was clean and of a good size. plenty of pillows were available on the comfortable bed. complimentary toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and i found those to be of good quality.

Breakfast was included. That was a nice bonus. the selection was sufficient, and i had no issues finding options. i liked the tea selection and it.

An iron was conveniently located in the room. I found that helpful. i also appreciated the complimentary snacks, tea, and bottled water. the free snacks are a great gesture by the hotel.

the hotel was near the tram and bus stops which was acceptable. it made airport transfers quite easy.

the room was small. there was really no place to put luggage and barely any space to move around. i felt a bit like a sardine in a can.

I had an upgraded room and it had great utilities. The staff were friendly and breakfast was enjoyable and quiet. The location was convenient and easy to find. (Everything was pretty close to the hotel.)

The corridors were quite claustrophobic and narrow walking to the room.
